Bill Finkelstein obtained his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a L.L.M. in Trade Regulation from New York University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Finkelstein served as Vice President and Intellectual Property Counsel of PepsiCo, Inc. He also served as President of the International Trademark Association from 1985 to 1986.

David Laufer received his B.A. from California State University, Northridge and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
