I am looking to become a franchisee in a $12.5 billion dollar industy as reported in 2006. I have already been in contact with the company called Play N Trade, a new and used video gaming company. I am very impressed with their business accumen and their fast growth within the industry to becoming a major chain throughout the 50 states as well as internationally. There is still plenty room for growth, thus I would like to get in now and rise with the bubble instead of under the bubble. I have the perfect location for the franchise which will be located in an outside strip mall area surrounded by several middle and upper middle class family neighborhoods. There is no competition in that area the closest competitors are approximately a ten minute car ride away, where as the location I have in mind is within walking, biking, or two minute car ride to the location. This location makes it easy for the consumers to visit and make purchases. Play N Trade offers plenty of support, face to face training for staff, lease negotiations, and assistance for operations. I have received from Play N Trade a breakdown of franchise fee and expenses. The investment I am seeking is $125,000. I am in the state of Virginia.
