When will I receive the UFOC document I have chosen?

It is important that you understand that sending you an electronic UFOC is not an automated process. We must check to see if the document on-hand is the most current one and in the case of selected parts of the document, we must check to be sure that the section has been fully submitted by the franchisor.

• Most electronically-ordered documents will be sent to you in an e-mail with a direct-link within 24 hours.
  
• If you submit an order when our office is not normally open, e.g, Saturday and Sunday, the delivery time is longer because we will not send you a link to the selected document until our normal business day, e.g., Monday.
  
• If we do not have the most current document of if you want an older UFOC, we must retrieve the document for you. You will be informed when you place your order as to how long it will take to fulfill your request.
  
• For hard-copy documents in-house we will send out priority mail on the day of the order (unless it is not a business day). In cases where the document is not readily available, we will inform you as to the delivery time via e-mail.
