Training and Support

Deer Solution provides extensive training both in the classroom and out in the field. Initial training will take place in Fairfield, NJ, over an approximately 1-week period. Training will be included for a managing owner, plus one designated manager. Ideally, you will attend training within 3 to 5 weeks of your business launch. Initial training will be conducted under the direction and supervision of our Operations and Training Manager, Brian Lee.

The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal franchisee is someone who is a self-starter, who enjoys making connections with others in their communities, and who loves to be outside and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. They do not need to have a background in landscaping or experience or knowledge of plants. Our training will cover everything they need to know. They should want to become part of a team, as we are looking for franchisees to be partners with the Deer Solution brand, who are comfortable sharing their experiences and suggestions with other franchisees and the brand.
