Dillybird's Deli is a fast-casual Deli concept specializing in fantastic made- to-order sandwiches, soups and salads at a reasonable price. We use all Boars Head meats and our bread is baked fresh each and every day. Guests choose from a wide variety of sandwich offerings, choice soups and salads. Once the order has been placed, guests pay for their food and relax in the dining room. All of our food is prepared quickly and designed for both dining in and taking out. The typical square footage is 2500 sq/ft., with seating for 60-70 inside and 25 outside on our patio.

History

Dillybird's Deli opened its first location over ten years ago in Tempe, Arizona. Originally trading as Dilly's Deli, the second location opened in 1996 and quickly grew as a local favorite in Arizona. Dillybird's has positioned itself to be the premier player in the fast-casual deli segment. Its unique offerings set it above its competition.
