Due to their love for quality coffee, Lawrence Fisher and his wife Sonia opened a coffee shop. They spent the first two years researching the different coffee beans and learning from some of the nation’s experts. With expert knowledge, Eagle Specialty Coffee became a popular coffee shop in Monmouth County, known for offering the best high-quality, hand-crafted exceptional pour-over coffee and espresso-based drinks. The coffee shop also offers amazing cold brew, top-quality frappe, chai, tea, smoothie, fresh pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches and more.
