As an ex-pro football player and the current Mr. Texas Master's Body Building Champion, he has been committed to fitness and weight training his entire life.

Our proven systems, club management/marketing training and coveted trademark will provide you the tools necessary to succeed. Our low $400.00/month flat royalty fee begins on the 4th month providing you a jump-start during your grand opening quarter. We offer in house financing to our franchise partners that meet our criteria. SBA and Health Club Financing is very time consuming and difficult to acquire. Our bank credit line will fast track the loan process for our franchise partners.

One size doesn't fit all. Therefore, we offer a variety of equipment packages and club choices. Zone 30 offers an "Express club" with an average of 1,000 sq.ft. and a "Signature Club" with an average of 2,000 sq.ft. We are developing a pilot program with a national weight loss chain including a full line of supplements and products to offer our customer a complete health and fitness lifestyle.
