Training and Support
From the moment a franchise partner joins the AtWork team, they have access to industry-leading training and support from established leaders in staffing operations, recruiting, sales, marketing, and more. AtWork offers franchisees a multi-faceted training and operational support network that includes:
- Owner’s Launch Camp: A two-day intensive session at the AtWork corporate headquarters designed for new franchise owners to familiarize themselves with the staffing industry and the AtWork model, while they are also working on the basics of getting their new business operational
- Owner and Staff Training Week: A formal week of training for franchise owners and their staff members at the AtWork corporate headquarters covering systems training, basic sales and recruiting skills, sustained marketing of the business, insurance requirements, and much more
- Field Training Week: A week of hands-on training with your personal Field Operations representative, covering effective sales and recruiting processes and techniques as well as the administrative and clerical duties that keep the business running smoothly
- Field Operations Support: Opening day doesn’t mean that corporate training and support stop. Each branch is assigned a dedicated Field Operations Executive who supports the franchise with sales and recruiting strategies, business coaching, unique training opportunities, and more on an ongoing basis, in addition to an annual in-person session with branch leadership and team members
- Accounting Services: Running a business is challenging, but the AtWork Corporate Accounting Team is there for our franchise owners to make it easier. With support services ranging from payroll processing, invoicing, client payment processing, garnishment management, tax filing and payments, and more, we take the pressure off of franchisees so they can do what they do best; build their business
- Marketing Tools and Resources: AtWork supports franchise owners from the moment they join the AtWork family by providing industry-leading tools and resources including a custom website, office signage and collateral, and pre-opening digital marketing campaigns designed to build an audience before the branch even opens. Through the continual development of high production quality video and print marketing assets, strategic plans targeted local marketing, and more, AtWork’s Marketing Team educates and empowers franchise owners to maximize their visibility and reach within their specific market, helping them grow successful, profitable businesses
