Paired with hip-hop culture, the Cookie Plug Brand was born. We put a twist on cookies that have never been seen before – FAT, THICC, and BOMB AF.

Cookie Plug exploded onto the scene. In less than three years, we have 25 locations that are slangin’ dope cookies baked fresh daily, with an unmatched experience.

The assigned Cookie Plug Project Manager will guide you one step at a time through our proprietary store-opening Cookie Plug Playbook. Here you will also be introduced to VIBE, our online Learning Management Platform. The VIBE is your hub for everything Cookie Plug-related. • Design and Construction: Cookie Plug takes a hands-on approach during the construction process for every Cookie Plug franchisee. Our network of approved vendors, architects, and general contractors is essential to the success of the development process.
• Marketing: Our in-house Marketing Team knows the ins and outs of the Cookie Plug guest profile and has developed a marketing plan that will drive store traffic and sales. Our marketing team will provide you with assistance in creating local marketing plans specific to your market. This is designed to help you with your grand opening plans and social media presence, along with the implementation of new product launches. Our award-winning public relations firm keeps the brand top-of-mind, with local and national media.
• Training: Many brands in our industry charge training fees, but we don’t. Cookie Plug Initiation is a 10-day training program that covers all the necessary skills needed to become a successful business owner. In-Class you will learn about Culture, Technology, Inventory, Scheduling, Accounting, Team Development, and of course, baking our Bomb AF cookies. The In-Store operational training is focused on managing shops & team members, food safety, and front and back of the house procedures. Cookie Plug franchisees will also have an opportunity to work with our Project Manager teams to make sure they are following the Cookie Plug Playbook and have everything they need to stay on schedule with their opening timeline.
• Purchasing and Distribution: Franchisees benefit from our national purchasing power and our partnership with the restaurant industry’s leading distribution network. Regardless of where your store is located, this ensures nationwide distribution of our proprietary products at the lowest possible cost.
