About Corks ‘n Crafts
At Corks ’n Crafts, we’ve got our business model down to a fine art. We create an inviting space where customers can explore their creative side with crafts and classes that are all the rage. From the handmade origins of a do-it-yourself family home to a fully-fledged, interactive craft studio, our franchising story began even before the Corks ’n Crafts doors opened in 2018.
We love to crack open a local craft brew or snack on a handcrafted, resin charcuterie board at the studio—but we also thrive when our franchisees connect with customers and serve their artistic community. So, while our social butterfly atmosphere and aesthetic culture are always on our crafty minds, so is expanding the franchise to offer family-friendly business ventures to others.

A Colorful Background
When Alainah Paul visited a local paint and sip studio for a fun night out with friends, she knew something was lacking from the experience. Her background with renowned powerhouses like Chanel and the Venetian Hotel made her rethink these studios’ artistic processes. Together with her husband Steve, she struck out to create a new, modern style of crafting. Instead of classroom-style painting hours and flimsy products, Alainah emphasized the social and interactive side. After throwing in a solid drink and food menu and enthusiastic teachers, Corks ’n Crafts was born.
A Portrait of Our Ideal Franchise Owner
Our franchise owners are artists in their own way—ready to create a bold and beautiful franchise that inspires and entertains each customer who walks through the door. You’ll have no problem filling the studio since you’re a personable entrepreneur who loves networking with the locals.
You’ll even keep them coming back thanks to a history in marketing and sales and a strong dedication to your craft and community. And don’t worry—whether your background in the art industry is a blank canvas or you’re a budding Picasso, owners of all creativity levels are welcome in our franchise family.
“At Corks ’n Crafts, customers come for the experience, not just the project. Our franchise owners will help emphasize a welcoming, interactive, and judgment-free atmosphere that goes beyond the basic dinner and drinks hangout.” — Alainah Paul, Corks 'n Crafts Co-Founder
