Cowgirls Espresso
Talk about a niche no one else has thought of! Cowgirls Espresso took two strong markets and combined them: coffee and women wearing bikinis. Cowgirls Espresso has quickly built a reputation and loyal clientele not only for their excellent coffee, but also (and more importantly for some customers) their friendly, smiling service by attractive bikini-clad women. Founder Lori Bowden knew in order to succeed with coffee stands in coffee-loving Seattle, she’d have to do something to stand out. Her answer: servers in bikinis. The concept has gained national attention and franchise requests started rolling in by the thousands.
