Our History

CREMA is the culmination of years of work in combining what would make the most incredible experience for the consumer combining taste, style and business systems. The brand was born in West Palm Beach and quickly became a favorite for customers throughout South Florida. CREMA leadership takes pride in delivering the most amazing product line and keeping customers on their toes with new, fresh ideas constantly delighting the CREMA visitor every day.

Based on the phenomenal operational success and launch of the brand in Florida, CREMA launched the innovative and aggressive franchise program under the ownership and management of Alex Celis, Felipe Celis, and Ozzie Gomez. The initial corporate location was used as the prototype and training center for new franchise locations from which the design, look, feel and overall culture of the brand was developed. The CREMA design is sheik, fun, elegant, bold, and now expanding! 

Revolutionizing Ice Cream

CREMA relies on an efficient operating system that provides a delicious, innovative ice cream treat that is both fast and incredibly fun. The menu is structured to focus on high margin products and to create a simple and efficient operating model. 

CREMA works with franchisees to locate high foot-traffic areas such as food halls, downtown districts or other high profile areas will maximize visibility and revenue for the business model. 

CREMA’s model is so efficient, it can be operated from spaces as small as 750 square feet. Franchisees can be successful with lower overhead and small footprint retail spaces. 

CREMA’s Support System:

  • Franchise Operational Support CREMA will provide ongoing training and support focusing on unit operations, equipment maintenance, customer-service techniques, inventory management, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.
  • Marketing SupportCREMA offers franchisee’s advertising materials and local marketing strategies focused on driving unit level economics.
  • CREMA PurchasingCREMA will negotiate and leverage the buying power of the franchise network and work to increase profitability of each operating franchise unit in the system.
  • Site SelectionCREMA will provide site selection services including lease negotiations, demographic research and planning, site visits to approve locations and overall real estate planning.
  • Ongoing Research and DevelopmentCREMA management and leadership will continue to research new product ideas, marketing plans and ways to further the CREMA brand for the benefit of all franchisees.
