Founded by Steele Smiley and inspired by his personal journey towards a healthier lifestyle, Crisp & Green emerged in 2016 with a vision to redefine fast-casual dining. The brand's story is a testament to Smiley's passion for clean eating and his belief in the transformative power of food. Since its inception, Crisp & Green has rapidly grown, establishing a strong presence in the Midwest.
The restaurant is celebrated for its menu that seamlessly combines fresh, scratch-made ingredients with innovative flavors, offering a diverse range of salads, grain bowls, and wraps. With a dedication to wellness and community, Crisp & Green continues to evolve, providing a refreshing and health-conscious dining experience for its patrons. Since opening our flagship store in downtown Wayzata, Minnesota in November 2016, we have embarked on a journey of national expansion, venturing into various locations across the country. Now, with over 200+ locations open or in development, we’re looking for experienced multi-unit operators to further our mission to give every community a chance to live better.
