Through its use of cool Southwestern colors, trademarked landscape designs, howling coyotes and desert cacti, there isn't a more distinctive "Fresh-Mexican" brand in the market. Desert Moon menu offerings are a fusion of Fresh Mexican/Southwestern recipes. Fresh ingredients, big flavor, made to order, zero trans fat, hi fiber, low fat with Gluten free and key Organic items combined with their modified table service is set in a fun, fast casual environment that separates us from the competition.
