Hotel Indigo is a first class hotel that became one of InterConinental Hotels Group brands (alongside Candlewood Suites, Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites and InterContinental Hotels and Resorts) in 2004. Focusing on peace, art and nature to provide perfect symmetry alongside a soothing sense of balance and wellbeing, Hotel Indigo locations provide a constantly changing environment, to make every visitor feel able to unwind. In each room color, space and intricate, organic designs are used alongside decadent fabrics and comfortable furnishings, always with customer comfort taken into consideration. Hotel Indigo was founded in Atlanta, Georgia in October 2004. By the next year two other locations had been developed, both in Illinois. The first international Hotel Indigo was in Ottawa and today there are locations through out the U.S. as well as Canada, China, Costa Rica and the U.K. There are two recently opened locations in both Philadelphia, PA as well as Traverse City, MI.
