Airbnb, Vrbo and other national and international listings sites used by iTrip to showcase our available properties are channel partners, NOT COMPETITORS. This is comparable to how an MLS listing site is used for a property that is listed for sale. With access to over 80 listing sites, iTrip franchisees promote their properties under management to the largest distribution network for short-term rental properties in the industry.
What additional marketing strategies are used to attract rental guests?
Statistically, the more exposure a property has, the more bookings it receives, and the more revenue is generated for our franchisees and their property owners. Our multifaceted digital marketing strategies include search engine optimization (SEO), daily posts and blogs on major social media sites, pay-per-click (PPC) online advertising and more.
What is the initial investment?
The investment is $55,000 or $75,000 depending on the type of territory. Additionally, working capital will be needed as the business is launched. Working capital does NOT include living expenses.
Does this business require leasing or buying commercial retail space?
No. This is a major advantage of being an iTrip franchisee. Many franchise opportunities require a long-term lease or the purchase of commercial property. With iTrip, the overhead costs are low.
