Precision Concrete Cutting is a trip hazard removal company that has developed a proprietary method of cutting concrete sidewalks. Its uniquely engineered equipment cuts concrete trip hazards quickly, and leaves a finished surface guaranteed to conform to the strict regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. In 1992, Ballard Gardner began looking for an easier way to remove trip hazards from sidewalks. Being dissatisfied with the machines that were commercially available, Ballard built many machines of his own design. One of his improvements led to the machine and process that is patented.
