OUR STORY
Before Roof Maxx, our founders, brothers Mike and Todd Feazel, were focused on growing and operating one of the largest roofing companies in the United States. Over the next two decades, they watched the roofing industry grow and change. One of the biggest changes they witnessed was the way asphalt shingles are produced.
The cost of asphalt has risen drastically, causing manufacturers to include less during production. As a result, shingles are failing faster than ever, forcing home and business owners to pay upwards of $10,000 for expensive roof replacements. Across the country property owners face many weather hazards that can easily destroy their roofs. As a result, affordable roofing all but disappeared. To combat this, our founders sold their roofing company and turned their attention to sustainable roofing.
Mike and Todd partnered with the incredible team at Battelle Laboratories to create Roof Maxx, a roof rejuvenation formula. Roof Maxx is a powerful, scientifically formulated, bio-based treatment that penetrates deep into old asphalt shingles. When applied, the lost petrochemical oils are replaced with plant-based oils and shingles regain their flexibility.
