What is Infrared?
Infrared is an invisible wavelength of light (experienced as heat) that can safely penetrate your body on a cellular level and raise core body temperature. Each wavelength of the Full Spectrum (Far, Middle, Near) targets different parts of the body to produce specific health benefits.
Infrared heat is completely safe and healthy for all living things. You can be exposed to infrared light for hours without the risk of burning. Within nature, Infrared is a naturally occurring output of the sun but does not contain the harmful UV rays associated with unprotected sunlight.
Training & Support
Our team will train you on everything you need to know about running your SWET Infrared Sauna Studio. We offer up to 40 hours of training.
