- Commercial Cleaning - Apartment Complex, Medical Facility, Auto Dealership, Movie Theather, Bank, Municipal Buildings, Offices, Fitness Center and much more!
- Facility Service Management
- Other Facility Services - Interior: Janitorial Services, Pest Control, Recycling / Shredding, Restaurant Equipment Cleaning, etc.; Exterior: Commercial Landscaping, Parking Lot maintenance, Window cleaning and more.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 10 years business experience. Ideally B 2 B.
- Needs some sales experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing others.
- Be able to follow processes and manage those through others.
- Multitasking is a must.
- Able to follow through on commitments.
- Understand the difference between doing what you like vs doing what you have too for business success.
- Not afraid of technology, but embraces it.
- Resourceful and a creative thinker
Training
Training is 14 days.
- 5 days at the Headquarters in Cleveland Ohio.
- Then the franchisee returns to his market and works with our remote support for one week.
- Return to Cleveland for another 5 days of training.
- We go to the Franchisees territory for 4 days.
Training is very much hands on and in depth in all areas of the business operations. There are numerous training sessions directly with the founders of the company.
