The Bar Method

The Bar Method, an independently owned exercise studio chain, has spread so quickly across the country for one simple reason: it works. The patented Bar Method exercise program is so called because it utilizes a fixed bar, such as those affixed to the walls of dance studios, to formulate exercise routines that target areas of the body for muscle shaping. The result is a one-hour, total-body workout that sculpts people’s bodies for a lean, toned look and feel. The Bar Method has attracted countless fans, including many celebrities, such as Drew Barrymore, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Tori Spelling, Zooey Deschanel, Denise Richards and others.
