About Us
Stacey Zayas, the founder of The Smoothbar, knew she wanted to make a difference within the salon industry from the moment she received her cosmetology license. She saw that typical hair salons offering smoothing services were only able to treat a single client at a single time. There had to be a more efficient and productive way to meet the increasing demands of these types of services. So, Stacey, her husband Russell, and a local expert HVAC professional all came together to design a proprietary, integrated ventilation system that would allow their stylists to serve multiple hair smoothing clients at one time. The entire concept serves as a solution to meet the increasing demand for top-quality, convenient hair smoothing treatments while ensuring a fresh environment that exceeds current air regulations. Today, we are looking for like-minded entrepreneurs to join our team and become part of The Smoothbar family.
