AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED!
Tuffy is looking for customer focused, ethical business owners. Our franchisees come from many different walks of life. A background in Auto Repair is not needed to run a successful Tuffy® Tire & Auto Service Center, but can be helpful.
It’s important that Tuffy franchise partners have:
- A minimum net worth of $250,000 and liquid assets of at least $100,000
- The ability to obtain financing
- Enthusiasm for the brand and business ownership
- Energetic self-starter
- Organized, communicator, & interpersonal skills
- Customer service a must
- Ability to manage & lead employee’s
- Ability to network in the community
- Sales experience a plus
