The History of Homecare with Visiting Angels
Jeffrey Johnson was working at a nursing home in Baltimore in the 1980s when he started listening to the complaints of families who felt they didn’t have alternatives to placing their loved ones in assisted living facilities. Inspired to create a business that would help the elderly continue to live in their own homes, he established Visiting Angels in 1998.
