Wholesome Tummies, LLC is a school lunch delivery company, seeking to change the way parents view making their child’s lunch and the way their child eats it! With creative, delicious and healthy options, lunch will never be boring or a hassle again! Wholesome Tummies delivers nutritious meals to children where they live and learn. Gotlib and Blacher, the owners, are both moms of small children and they believe youngsters should eat as nature intended with fresh fruits and vegetables. Parents conveniently order the meals online and they are delivered directly to area schools. The company’s goal is to develop eating patterns that lead to lifelong good health.
Facts & figures
Debbie Blacher and Samantha Gotlib were inspired to launch Wholesome Tummies in 2007 by their shared passion for healthy, organic food. After meeting at a neighborhood party, the two moms quickly learned of their mutual frustrations with school food and decided to do something about it. Their concept, which brings nutritious lunches directly to kids in school, grew quickly in the Orlando area, inspiring them to continue this growth nationwide through franchising.
