Our Story

Your Choice Senior Care was founded in 2010 by Wendy and Joe Soles. After personal caregiving issues in their family arose, Wendy and Joe saw the need for a reliable and experienced caregiving service to fill the needs of families who were working with their families to take care and provide a safe environment for their loved ones. Your Choice Senior Care was established to provide the necessary services to help families get through the tough times.

Your Choice Senior Care is a complete senior home care provider. We offer service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Each Your Choice Senior Care is locally owned and operated and has an experienced team of caregivers and nurses to meet all of our clients’ needs. Our goal is to provide the optimal quality care for our clients in their own home. That’s why Your Choice Senior Care is the first choice in senior home care.

About Us

Your Choice Senior Care is a franchise system that feels like family, serving our respective communities with compassion, expertise, and heart. We provide in-home, non-medical, and companion caregiver services; Respite care services; Personal care services; Non-medical Alzheimer’s and  Dementia care; Palliative care; and Transportation services. Each of the services we provide is administered by a staff of knowledgeable, compassionate, and professionally trained caregivers. 

We serve an increasingly growing population of seniors and their loved ones, whose desire is to remain in their home as they age, requiring some of the many services that we offer in their homes. Training and Support

• 3 weeks of in-person training (1 week operational, 1-week sales & marketing, and then 3 days in person in Birmingham, AL)
• Back to the new location for onsite training by corporate team.
• After a few months in business, 2-3 days of follow-up to see how the new location is doing and help with anything they may need at your location.
• How to: hire employees, onboard new clients, and use the scheduling system on a regular basis.
• Ongoing training & development are provided on an ongoing basis for the rest of your franchise.
